International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
	*We only offer shipping services to USA and Canada at this time. - Alternatively, you may create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. *In compliance with the Copic manufacturer, Too Corporation, we may only ship the Copic line to addresses in North America, the Caribbean islands and the Hawaiian Islands, not including Oahu. PLEASE NOTE: *We do not charge or pay in advance any customs, duties, or import taxes related to your purchase or shipment. You are responsible for any customs fees or duties levied by your local customs office at time of delivery should they choose to enforce any fee.
What are my payment choices?
	We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We accept PayPal payments, and Venmo payments. To use Venmo select the Paypal button during checkout and it will give you a Venmo button option in Paypal. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, import taxes that may be charged at the time of delivery. We do not collect these fees on your behalf, nor do we reimburse you for them. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for tax / duty rates on the items you will be importing. The only shipping charges we collect at checkout are for postage and/or packing materials where applicable.
