I am a Copic newby and I had ordered some classic copies and some sketch.  They emailed me to make sure that's what I really wanted and coached me through.  I got my markers today and I LOVE them AND I like both types!

was thrilled to have found this website! i ordered my 1st ever set of copics late on a wednesday night. i received my shipping notice THE NEXT MORNING, and received the markers on friday! we all know that waiting for an on-line purchase can seem like forever, but this company does it right! going to order more right now!
