Media Mail is only for DVDs, CDs and manga [this includes other books as well]. All other products must be shipped via other methods. You may ONLY select media mail if you are ordering DVDs, CDs and/or books and nothing else!

USPS First-Class Mail International - BE WARNED: THIS IS SLOW! It can take up to a month or longer to receive your package!
USPS Priority Mail International - Typically 6-10 business days for delivery. An airmail service that provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70 pounds to over 190 countries and territories worldwide.
USPS Express Mail International - Typically 5 business days (tracking number)
UPS Standard - UPS Standard to and from Canada. Day-definite delivery based on origin and destination (tracking number)
UPS Worldwide Expedited - 2-5 Business Days by end of 5th day (tracking number)
UPS Worldwide Express - 1-3 Business Days by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon on 3rd day (tracking number)
Please note: Rates for International orders are accurate in most cases, however in some instances the actual cost is more or less. Should that occur, we will contact you via email.
**The only International shipping methods Otaku Fuel will guarantee replacement or reimbursement for loss are USPS Express Mail International. Claims for economy shipping are processed at our own discretion on a case-by-case basis and we will do whatever we can to help you out where we can, but it's not guaranteed.

Cancelation Policy:
All unfulfilled orders can be canceled with a full refund within 60 days of the order date. All cancelations past 60 days will be charged a 10% processing fee. This applies to pre-orders, backorders, International orders, et cetera. No exceptions. To cancel an order you need to contact us directly either by email or phone.
Returns Policy:
OtakuFuel.com is not here to rip you off or cause problems for you with your order. We excel at Customer Service and we are very good about working through any concerns and/or issues you may have with your orders. If you need to return and/or exchange something please contact us first to notify us of the problem and we will give explicit instructions on how to proceed.
All returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case personal basis to keep the customer in the know at all times and avoid confusion and/or problems. **Please note that all shipping fees related to returns will be at your expense. All electronic media such as DVDs and CDs must be in new and unopened condition with factory seal. Please contact us by email info@otakufuel.com before return to make arrangements for exchange or refund.
Manga and other Books:
All returns on books must be in BRAND NEW and sellable condition. Please contact us by email info@otakufuel.com before return to make arrangements for exchange or refund.
Model Kit Return Policy:
All model kit sales are final. This is due to the many small parts included in each model kit. Quality control and inspection for verification of complete contents on model kit returns is impossible. Rest assured that if you buy a kit from us, it was never sold before and returned with pieces plundered. Your kit will arrive with the same contents as it left the factory with.
Pocky and other Foods Return Policy:
All food sales are final. Most foods are subject to high temperatures and can be damaged during transit. Even if you purchase a cold pack, this is not a guarantee that your goods will not be damaged. Returns will not be processed on Pocky and other snacks.

Q.) Do all prices include taxes or not?
A.) Tax is only for California residents. If you currently live out of California or are an International customer you don’t have to pay sales tax.
Q.) Is USPS Priority Mail a safe shipping method for figures and/or other precious goods?
A.) Priority mail is secure and has tracking. It takes 3-5 days for delivery and is the preferred shipping method for smaller items because it is usually more economical. It’s similar to UPS, but run by USPS and it’s very fast UPS generally takes much longer.
Q.) How long will it take to receive pre-order items from their release date?
A.) This will vary since the release dates given to us by the manufacturers are target dates. Usually they are on time. However, sometimes we receive them early, and sometimes they are delayed a few days or a week or so. The shipping department here at Otaku Fuel processes orders immediately when they come in, so if the pre-ordered item is paid for, we ship it out the day we get it and you will receive it ASAP after the release date. (Basically you only have the in-transit time for the shipping which will vary, but usually be about 2-5 days if you are in the USA.) If the item is not paid in advance, there will be the delay of us contacting you for payment when the items are received into our stock. If the items arrive early, we will notify you early/send them early. If the items are late, we will contact you on their scheduled release date to inform you of the status and if possible give you an estimated arrival date.
