Blair (ブレア, Burea) is a cat with strong magical powers, allowing her to take on a humanoid form. She is initially mistaken as a witch by Maka and Soul, who killed her. After the soul causes the transformation into a Death Scythe to fail, she reveals they only took one of her "nine lives" and moves in with them. In her cat form she is a black cat with a witch hat. In her humanoid form she is a busty young woman with her witch hat. She used to live in a giant Jack-O Lantern style Pumpkin. She takes up a part time job in a night club and hangs around town. She uses pumpkin magic by chanting "Pum Pumpkin-Pumpkin". She can launch pumpkins like cannon balls or pumpkin-shaped explosions. During and after the resurrection of Asura, she becomes a brutal enemy of the Mizune family during a fight after they destroy the seafood shop where she begs for food.
