OtakuFuel is a subdivision of an American corporation based in Southern California that operates various business ventures.

The owners happen to profess to be otaku and have thus endeavored to offer a one stop anime, manga and goodies shop for the needs of their fellow otaku. They have a fatal attraction to cute things, mecha, Desert Punk-style humor, sci-fi, gundam model kits, samurai, manga, plushies, collectible figures, and pocky and they hope to share their love for all things anime with you.

If you are looking for any particular anime/manga related item, DVD, manga, art book, keychain, wall scroll, poster, figure, toy, et cetera. please contact our special orders department and we will hunt it down for you! >)

OtakuFuel is not here to rip you off or cause problems for you with your order. We excel at Customer Service and we are very good about working through any concerns and/or issues you may have with your orders. If you need to return and/or exchange something please contact us first to notify us of the problem and we will give explicit instructions on how to proceed. All returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case personal basis to keep the customer in the know at all times and avoid confusion and/or problems.

Generally speaking orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order. (Weekend orders usually ship on Monday or Tuesday.) In most cases we try to process orders same-day and/or the next business day. Our shipping department is second to none, so have confidence in ordering the nicer figures, gundam model kits, pocky, and other fragile and/or breakable items. We will do our utmost to make sure no harm will come to your packages in transit!
