Best customer service and communication I have ever experienced. So helpful with inquires - and they get back to you ASAP. The shipping is lightening fast, too! I couldn't ask for anything more. As for my custom Copic set, I simply emailed them my color choices and they were sent out to me and packaged with tender loving care. I'm no artist by any means, but I love the quality of my Copics and how awesome they make my simple sketches look. Copic Sketch January 22, 2018 Reviewer: Jason Eiler from CINCINNATI, OH United States   I am a repeat customer for a reason! Everything was super fast! Responses on my custom order being ready for ordering to the shipping of my order. If only my mail person was as reliable as I did have to go to the post office to retrieve my orders. Due to the fact they were signature required and the mail person didn't want to walk to my door to get my signature. Other than the USPS, im completely satisfied! Was this review helpful to you?

Also, the shipping is super quick (everytime I've ordered it has shipped the same day I order).
